We want you to be confident in your purchase. Greenline Turf & Tractor offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new John Deere S100 lawn tractors purchased directly from us.

S100 lawn tractor returns

If you are not satisfied with your S100, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The tractor must be in like-new condition, with fewer than 5 hours of operating time, and include all original manuals, keys, and accessories. Original packaging is preferred but not required for large equipment.

Once we receive and inspect the returned tractor, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Parts and accessory returns

Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all paperwork and manuals.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
• Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
• Special-order or customized products.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@johndeeremachines.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization before any item is shipped back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
