Shipping & Delivery Policy

Greenline Turf & Tractor offers free freight shipping on every John Deere S100 lawn tractor order within the continental United States. We want your buying experience to be as straightforward as the machine itself.

Delivery area

We currently ship the S100 lawn tractor to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not available through checkout; please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery timeframe

Tractors are delivered by freight carrier, typically within 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Each unit leaves our shop fully assembled, deck-leveled, inspected, and fueled. You will receive tracking information as soon as the shipment is booked.

Delivery requirements

Because the S100 ships on a pallet via freight, the delivery address must be accessible to a large truck. A valid street address is required; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult signature is required at delivery.

Dealer pickup

Prefer to pick up your tractor? Contact us after checkout to arrange pickup at our dealership location. We will have your S100 ready with a full walkthrough before you leave.

Inspection at delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting the tractor and packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage should be noted on the carrier’s paperwork and reported to us immediately.
