Warranty Policy
Every new John Deere S100 lawn tractor sold by Greenline Turf & Tractor is backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty and our in-house service support.
Manufacturer warranty
The S100 is covered by John Deere’s limited bumper-to-bumper warranty for new turf and utility equipment: two years or 120 hours of use, whichever comes first. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer to the original purchaser who buys from an authorized dealer.
Under this warranty, John Deere will repair or replace, at its option, any covered part found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty term. Warranty registration is handled by us as your selling dealer.
Our dealer service guarantee
Warranty service is performed at our dealership by trained technicians. You do not ship the tractor anywhere. Just call or email us, describe the issue, and we will coordinate inspection and repair. We aim to diagnose warranty concerns promptly and keep downtime to a minimum.
What is not covered
- Normal wear items such as blades, belts, tires, and batteries.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or non-John Deere parts.
- Consumables and routine maintenance items.
30-day satisfaction promise
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, lawn tractors purchased from authorized John Deere dealers are eligible for the manufacturer’s satisfaction promise. If you are not happy with your S100, bring it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us at contact@johndeeremachines.com with your order number, tractor serial number, and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps and schedule service if needed.
